Disconnect the cables from the battery terminals with a socket wrench and remove the battery from the vehicle. Remove the air cleaner, mass air flow sensor and air inlet duct from the intake manifold.

Open the cap on the radiator, and place a drain pan below the drain plug under the intake manifold. Open the drain plug with a socket wrench and allow the coolant to drain into the pan. Replace the drain plug.

Remove the trim cover from the engine with a socket wrench. Disconnect the distributor cap from the vehicle with the ignition wires still attached. Detach the throttle cable from the intake manifold and disconnect the upper intake manifold from the engine block. Remove the fuel lines and electrical connectors from the fuel injectors. Detach the coolant hoses from the engine block with a socket wrench.

Screw an 8 x 10 mm bolt into the tensioner for the accessory drive belt to relieve the tension on the drive belt. Remove the drive belt from its pulleys and unscrew the bolt from the tensioner. Disconnect the alternator and the tensioner for the accessory drive belt.

Remove the heat shield from both exhaust manifolds with a socket wrench and disconnect the exhaust manifolds from the engine. Disconnect the mounting bolt from the cover of the timing chain and remove the timing chain cover. Remove the cover from the cylinder head and turn the crankshaft clockwise to align its timing marks. Mark the timing chain with white paint to indicate its direction of rotation.

Hold each camshaft in place with a 24 mm wrench and disconnect the camshaft sprockets from the camshafts with a socket wrench. Remove the cylinder head bolts from the cylinder head and lift the cylinder head from the engine block.

Remove the cylinder head gasket from the engine block. Clean any traces of the gasket from the cylinder head and engine block with a gasket scraper. Mount the new gasket onto the engine block with the word "TOP" facing up. Place the cylinder head over the dowels on the engine block.

Fasten new mounting bolts to the cylinder head by hand. Tighten the bolts to 30 foot pounds with a torque wrench on the first pass, then tighten them to 44 foot pounds on the second pass. Tighten the bolts by 1/4 turn on the third pass, then tighten them an additional 1/4 turn on the fourth pass.

Turn the crankshaft clockwise to align its timing marks again and lock the camshafts in place with special tool 3268. Mount the camshaft sprockets with the timing chain to the camshafts and fasten the mounting bolts for the sprockets with a 24 mm wrench. Mount the distributor drive on the camshaft and tighten the mounting bolts for the camshaft sprockets to 74 foot pounds.

Connect the timing chain tensioner and the upper cover for the timing chain temporarily. Remove special tool 3268 from the camshafts and turn the crankshaft four complete turns clockwise. Tighten the mounting bolts for the upper timing chain cover to 82 inch pounds with a torque wrench. Tighten the mounting bolt for the tensioner to 15 foot pounds.

Replace the cover for the cylinder head with a socket wrench. Install the intake manifold and exhaust manifolds to 18 foot pounds with a torque wrench. Attach the drive belt for the alternator belt and adjust its tension with the belt tensioner. Connect the coolant hoses to the engine block. Install the electrical connectors and fuel lines for the fuel injectors.

Install the upper intake manifold to the engine block with a socket wrench. Connect any electrical wiring and vacuum lines that you removed from the upper intake manifold. Attach the throttle cable and distributor cap assembly to the upper intake manifold. Replace the trim cover for the engine.

Whether you are a long and lanky seasoned swimmer or short and muscular newbie or any combination of the two at some point, you want to increase your speed in the water. Swimming offers one of the best total body workouts. It’s also an excellent cross training exercise. Because the whole body is involved, however, many techniques offer opportunities to become a faster swimmer.

Commit to Workouts

Olympic swimmer and Masters swim coach Whitney Hedgepeth recommends a minimum of three to four swim workouts each week. Any less and your progress will either plateau or reverse. Alternate early morning workouts with afternoon or evening workouts. See which time feels best for you some people find it difficult to wake up to swim. If working out at the end of the day suits your schedule, don’t jump into a cold pool first thing in the morning. Find the time that suits your schedule so you can commit to regular swim workouts.

Focus on Technique

New research, highlighted in "The New York Times" in July 2012, shows that, contrary to long held beliefs of elite swim coaches and athletes, a deep catch stroke creates more lift and propulsion than the traditional sculling motion. Swimmers typically have been coached to make an S shape with their arms during the underwater, or catch, phase of their freestyle. Scientists now know that this motion actually creates drag and slows forward movement. A single long and deep catch creates the added lift a swimmer needs to increase speed.

Strength Training Out Of The Water

A deep catch stroke requires more arm, back and shoulder strength than a sculling stroke because the arms have more water to move. USA Swimming recommends a total body strength routine two to three times per week, however, to prevent muscle imbalance and avoid overtaxing upper body muscles already so heavily relied upon in the pool. Low weight, high rep circuit workouts are a good option.

Use Your Flip Turns

Don waste valuable seconds on the wall; just flip. Olympian Hedgepeth says flip turns are tantamount to speed. If you don already do flip turns, practice somersaults in the middle of the pool. Focus on tucking your knees to your chest as tight as possible. When you are ready to flip on the wall, swim until you are about one stroke away, tuck, flip and push off. If you already do flip turns, make them faster. Planks and crunches strengthen abdominal muscles. Jump squats and lunges strengthen legs, hips and buttocks. A hardier core and stronger legs mean less time on the walls.

A tight streamline off the flip turn also increases speed. Don let your shoulders sag and your elbows bend. Instead, flip, push off, and be extremely mindful of straightening your arms behind your head, making your body as long as possible, like a bullet. With practice, efficient streamline becomes second nature.

cheap moncler uk How to Heat Press a T http://websiteexcite.com/cheap-moncler-uk-how-to-heat-press-a-t/ Thu, 03 Dec 2015 14:12:39 +0000 http://websiteexcite.com/?p=1789 How to Heat Press a T

Choose or create a graphic design for the T shirts with a design program. Use the professional heat transfer paper to print on. Print with color ink on an inkjet printer. Store any extra images in a box in a cool, dry place.

Cut out the images being used. Trim as close to the edges of the image as possible. To make cutting out words more accurate and professional, use a background such as a rectangle with color. Cut around the shape instead of cutting out the words individually. This will be much easier and look better.

Set the press according to the instructions for the type of material, transfer paper and machine being used. This will require three settings temperature, pressure and time for each T shirt.

Center an image on a T shirt. Using an alignment tool such as a ruler makes this easy. Folding the T shirt in half lengthwise can also help center the image. There are many different types of alignment tools. A T square will work very well at centering an image exactly in the middle of the shirt. It is also useful when centering an object over the pocket of a T shirt.

Place the image ink side down on the T shirt and place them on top of the Teflon pad in the press. Place a Teflon sheet on top of the T shirt to keep the rubber in the machine from sticking to the shirt. The Teflon tools will also keep the machine from accumulating ink and dust, and Teflon is easy to wipe clean. Lock the press and follow the manufacturer timing instructions for each individual heat press.

Open the press after it unlocks. Read the directions on the package of transfer paper to determine whether to allow the shirt and image to cool or whether to remove the transfer paper while hot. Remove the transfer paper with the T shirt still in the press. Lift the transfer paper away from the image slowly. Pull back on the transfer paper instead of up. Allow the T shirt to cool and dry for 24 hours before packaging or washing.

cheap moncler How To Install Remote Keyless Entry Systems for Cars http://websiteexcite.com/cheap-moncler-how-to-install-remote-keyless-entry-systems-for-cars/ Mon, 30 Nov 2015 12:09:01 +0000 http://websiteexcite.com/?p=1787 How To Install Remote Keyless Entry Systems for Cars

A remote keyless entry system is a technology that is designed to enable users to access their cars without having to use keys. These remote keyless entry systems can be made by Lenel Systems International, Inc. This company manufactures ID cards, alarm monitors and other card systems. The technology behind remote keyless entry systems is also similar to RFID systems or Radio frequency Identification systems.

Nowadays, almost all cars have remote keyless entry systems. If you want to install a remote keyless entry door system in your car, you can follow these instructions:

Finding the right system. First, you have to know the right remote keyless entry system that is fit for your car. Before you purchase the system, you should know the make and model of your car. You can do some research on this. Go online and see what the best keyless entry systems are to install in your vehicle. You can also ask your car dealer what system is compatible with the car that you have so that you can purchase the correct system.

Purchase the remote keyless entry system. When you know what type of keyless entry system you need, you can purchase it. You can do this online, or you can also go to auto shops to see if they sell the type of system that you need. If you purchase online, you can look for discounted systems so that you can save some money. Remember to purchase a remote keyless entry system with two actuators if your car has two doors, and four actuators if your car has four doors.

Preparation. Before starting the installation, you have to ensure that the windows of your car are all rolled up. Look at how the window panel on the car door is installed and see how you can remove it without damaging the car door.

Installation. Remove the panel inside the car door and look for the lock. What you have to do is to get the clip from the remote keyless entry system and attach it to the bar of the lock. Get an actuator and use the bar that came with the kit, and put it through the hole on the actuator. The next step is to put the bars in the actuator to connect it to the locking bar. The last step is securing the actuator using the screws that came with the kit. After this, you can replace the panel and test if the mechanism works.

These are the simple steps on how you can install a remote keyless entry system for the car. These remote keyless entry systems come with instructions. You can follow the instructions to see if you are installing the system correctly on the car. There are also biometrics systems or keyless entry systems that are used for houses. If you want to have the same technology in your house, you can replace your door locks with a remote keyless entry system.

The men, aged 30 and 31, were taken to Napier police station where they were charged with possession for supplying methamphetamine and possession of drug utensils.

Auckland police said the bust has led to numerous leads and more arrests were highly likely as a larger investigation was now underway.

Detective Inspector Ross McKay said the find was a massive win for the communities the drugs were destined for.

"We believe that the supply ring was carrying out its illicit activity between the central and upper North Island, and the methamphetamine was destined for the Hawkes Bay and Tararua areas," he said.

"The supply and dealing of illicit drugs knows no boundaries and this seizure is a major success for these communities."

The 30 year old man appeared in Napier District Court and was remanded in custody. He was due to reappear in Dannevirke District Court on August 21.

Police are continuing to question the 31 year old man. He was remanded on bail and will appear in Napier District Court later this week.

A police spokeswoman said the bust was largest in both the Hawkes Bay and Tararua areas in recent years.

Best Answer Gregory Smitheman(Elite Publishings) saysThere are a couple solutions to this problem, as I used to work in a restraunt kitchen.

1. Using a grease cutting dish soap is the best way to rid un wanted oil stains from just about any clothing. First you want to make sure the article of clothing is completely dry. Next you’ll want to apply enough dish soap (preferably Dawn) to the area where the oil has been absorbed. After applying the dish soap you should use a soft bristle brush (an old tooth brush works best) tohelp the soap penetrate deep into the fabric.(you’ll want to use short circular motions). You also might want to let the garmet sit out over night to allow the soap to do its work more effectively.

2. a counter top, top of dryer) and sprinkle a generous amount of baby powder onto the stain (enough to make a small pile) and let stand for atleast 12hrs, the dryness of the baby powder will actually suck the oil out of the fabric. I use this method more on high quality fabrics such as silk, polyester, and satin as they are more delicate and require a little more care.

Learn your company’s policies and stick to them. Some companies allow business casual dress every day, while others specify a certain day of the week for the attire. Whether it is a company rule or not, make a specific point to dress in full business attire any time you meet with clients, whether the meeting is in or out of the office. Understand the unwritten rules as well. Drinks giant Diageo, for instance, encourages employees to wear branded shirts and other branded attire whenever possible.

Invest in a few high quality, basic pieces that you can mix and match to create many different outfits. For men, a few pairs of pants in khaki or dark colors with complementary sports coats and collared shirts is suitable. Wear button down shirts in the office and save the golf shirts for very casual gatherings, particularly those that take place outdoors. Women should loosely follow the men’s guidelines, although knee length skirts, collarless shirts and sweaters are also acceptable. Avoid bright colors and loud prints whenever possible.

Don’t forget accessories. Corporate etiquette consultant Shital Kakkar Mehra suggests a branded watch, pen and leather folder or briefcase for men to complete the image of smart casual. A simple piece or two of tasteful jewelry is appropriate for women, along with a nice watch and leather portfolio or briefcase. Men should always wear a leather belt that is the same color leather as their shoes, usually black or brown. Women should wear plain shoes that are either a medium heel or flats to complete their outfit.

Pay attention to grooming. No matter how well put together your outfit is, wrinkled or dirty clothes will blow your image. Make sure that everything is always clean and neatly pressed. Men should be clean shaven, unless sporting a tasteful beard or mustache, and both men and women should make sure that their hair is combed and groomed as well.

Get to know what not to wear, particularly if you are a woman. "USA Today" columnist Stephanie Armour details the story of a young professional who was called out at her office for wearing Bermuda shorts and sleeveless tops as business casual attire. Women’s tops should always have some type of sleeve, unless covered by a sweater or jacket, just as men’s shirts should always have a collar. Avoid tight fitting clothing and anything that shows too much cleavage.

The Chrysler Neon is a car that offers an unusual proposition. Because it doesn’t fit into the pat pigeonholes into which we slot most of our cars, many buyers have been confused as to exactly what they’re getting. On the one hand, the car was initially marketed as an economy car, but the 1999 restyle saw it gain some more upmarket aspirations. What is a Neon and, more importantly, does it cut the mustard as a used proposition?Although it still fails to offer the sophistication of cars like the Ford Focus, the Neon does offer a lot of metal for the money and a degree of exclusivity. Used examples aren’t too thick on the ground, but the plus side is that most have been well looked after. Covered:Neon 1999 to date: 2.0 saloon [SE, LX, R/T]The Neon was first launched on a wave of publicity back in 1996, Chrysler bringing the car to the UK as an aside to their right hand drive push for the Japanese market. The early cars were peppy and enthusiastic but rather unrefined and markedly lacking in sophistication. The cheap and cheerful angle didn’t cut it with British buyers who were used to genuinely cut throat pricing from Korean rivals. The second generation car was a different kettle of fish. Better built, smoother, more luxuriously equipped and with a marketing push that was better tailored to the UK market it seemed to have what it took to succeed. It seems few of you agreed and sales slowed to a trickle. Initially available in SE and LX guises, the entry level SE was deleted in 2001, and a sporty R/T variant was introduced. What You GetThis BMW 3 Series sized saloon is good value in plush LX form, no question and it’s worth stepping up to the LX from the somewhat sparse SE version. For the same kind of money, all you’d get is a pretty ordinary 1.6 litre Vauxhall Astra or Ford Focus. The Neon, on the other hand, comes with a 136bhp 2.0 litre engine, leather trim, twin front airbags, air conditioning, ABS, power steering, alloy wheels, traction control, woodgrain trim, a six speaker stereo and the option of automatic transmission. You can even get a sporty R/T version with bodykit, alloys and an uprated 150bhp engine. It helps that all the improvements are shrouded in smart bodywork that sets the Neon firmly apart from apparent Korean rivals like Hyundai’s Elantra, Daewoo’s Nubira and Kia’s Shuma. Where these cars continually remind you of the money you’ve saved, the Neon feels a class above. The people who tend to buy this car in the UK (the average ownership age is 53) will love all of this. The cabin is a world away from the cheap plastic fittings that characterised the old one. Soft touch materials are everywhere and most of the switchgear is well placed and easy to find. Criticisms are limited to a steering wheel that adjusts only for rake and not for reach and a rather strangely angled windscreen that can make it slightly awkward to see things like traffic lights when you’re directly below them. There’s a reasonable amount of space too enough to make downsizing into Neon ownership a realistic proposition for owners of larger Mondeo and Vectra sized models. Rear seat passengers get more room for hips, shoulders and heads, plus there’s more space for their luggage, thanks to a 13.1cuft boot accessed through 60/40 split folding rear seats. What You PayRefer to Car Driving for an exact up to date valuation section. What to Look ForNo major areas of concern have surfaced since the Neon has been on sale, so provided the car has been maintained according to the service schedule, all should be well. The interior trim is better than the old cars and there have yet to be any noteworthy issues regarding the reliability of the 2.0 litre engine. Even the R/T model is unlikely to have had its tyres shredded by the largely mature ownership clientele.(Based on a 1999 Neon SE, excl VAT) A full exhaust system will be about Brake pads front and rear are about and a starter motor is about and an alternator around You’ll pay around for a new door mirror, roughly for a radiator and about for a replacement windscreen. On the RoadIn terms of driving dynamics, the Chrysler is still no sports saloon. To be fair, you wouldn’t expect that of a car from the land of freeways and 50mph speed limits. Having said that, the on the road experience is much improved, thanks to anti roll bars on both axles.Rightly however, the engineers spent more of their time trying to improve the ride, stiffening the body by 26% and redesigning the independent suspension set up using techniques borrowed from larger models. As a result, though low speed ride could still be better, at cruising speeds the Neon is much improved, again giving the feeling of a much larger car. If you feel the standard Neon is a touch soft, the R/T corners a little more faithfully, although still not as well as a standard Ford Focus. The R/T is certainly the Neon to go for if you want to make quick progress.Cast into the rocker cover is the legend ‘2.0L High Output’ which may sound like a serious power unit, but the truth is somewhat more prosaic. It’s basically an uprated version of the 2.0 litre engine that powers the standard Neon models, tweaked to produce 150bhp. Whilst not at the forefront of engine technology, this powerplant nevertheless offers a willing level of performance for the money. It’s able to hit 60mph in 9.4 seconds and run on to a top speed of 132mph, so you won’t be able to accuse the Neon R/T of being a sheep in wolf’s clothing.Even the standard 2.0 litre versions are faster than most comparably priced rivals. Rest to sixty takes 10.8s on the way to 124mph. Still, at least you don’t have to pay for the bigger capacity at the pumps: in normal driving, around 35mpg should be possible, rising to 45mpg on the open road. Those figures shouldn’t be too dramatically affected if, like most customers, you take the no cost automatic transmission option, though bear in mind that the gearbox has three, rather than the usual four speeds available from rivals (who all charge extra for the privilege).Braking is much improved over the old model, though curiously, the system you get depends on the trim level you choose. Quick, good looking and well equipped it’s a break from the norm. No, it isn’t the last word in sophisticated engineering but for most buyers driving something that offers a little exclusivity will more than make up for that.

The world’s greatest sculptures and monuments come in all shapes and sizes. The weird variety includesthe Headington Shark in Oxford, England a 7.6 meter long shark that seems to have plummeted from the skies into an ordinary terraced home.

Or there’s the endless spout of water gushing from the Magic Tap of AqualandinCadiz, Spain, and the Giant Thumb of Paris, which sticks out near the Arche de la Dfense.

There are geographic icons too, including Rio de Janeiro’s 40 meter high Christ the Redeemer, Nelson’s Column in Trafalgar Square, London, and even the vaguely unsettling Merlion of Singapore.

More on CNNGo: How has the lame Merlion become a symbol of cool?

The largest statues in the world, however, are all images of Buddha, an Asian dominated list that includes the 128 meter high Spring Temple Buddha of Lushan China (built in 2002); the 116 meter Laykyun Setkyar of Monywa, Myanmar (2008); and the 110 meter Ushiku Daibutsu of Ushiku, Japan (1995).

1. Great Buddha of Thailand, Ang Thong

The highest statue in the Kingdom (and ninth in the world) is located in the Wat Muang monastery in Ang Thong province, approximately 140 kilometers north of Bangkok.

Known in Thai as Phra Buddha Maha Nawamin, it stands 92 meters high and 63 meters wide, and took 18 years to build, opening to the public in 2008.

Made of cement, the exterior is painted gold. As well as the Great Buddha, the temple is also home to "Hell Park," a macabre group of statues that graphically depict the terrible fate that awaits sinners.

The story goes that one day a group of friends were hiking through the hills of Phuket, when they came across a spot with stunning 360 degree views of the island.

Deciding that it would make the perfect site for a statue of Buddha, over a 10 year period they overcame government red tape, a shortage of funds and topographical difficulties, to build this 45 meter high marble clad statue, some 400 meters above sea level.

Officially called the Phra Puttamingmongkol Akenakkiri Buddha, it’s already become one of Phuket’s top attractions, though the giant base is still under construction. Begun in 1867 and taking 60 years to build, it is covered in glass and gold mosaics, and contains relics of Buddha, supposedly brought to Thailand from Sri Lanka.

Facing east, this popular tourist attraction carries a traditional alms bowl.

Built over 10 years by businessman Lek Viriyahbhun, the bronze statue sits atop a three story museum housing his priceless collection of Thai antiques and art.

Because of the influence of Hindusim on Thai Buddhism, the statue has become a place of worship for Thais, who seek out Erawan’s blessings.

The statue is surrounded by hundreds of smaller Buddha statues, which represent the many donations to the temple (if you donate enough, you too can have your place on the wall).

With significant Sino influenced architecture, Wat Phanan Choeng is especially popular with the area’s long established Thai Chinese community (who call it Sam PoKong).

The cover of this month’s issue of Golf Digest features LPGA tour golfer Lexi Thompson wearing a golf towel? Cut up shirt? Weird scarf? and not much else. It’s the "Fitness Power Issue," which I guess has something to do with side boob. I Twerked My Boobs to Mozart.

50Tommy Craggs shared a post by Sara X MillsMy name is Sara, but by now you might better know me as "the Mozart boob twerk girl" from sites all over the internet, including this one. A week ago exactly, I was sitting where I am now, editing a video I had no idea would garner over 21 million views worldwide in seven days. She is a 6 foot 7 dancer who is best known for touring with Miley Cyrus, but she is also known for other things. One of those things happens to be taking boobsy photos with various NBA players mostly Blake Griffin. It began with a Brazilian soccer fan bringing the "fuck her right in the pussy" fake news blooper to life, and it ended with a very happy/drunk World Pride attendee shaking her boobs right at the camera during a live on the scene report. I made an offhand comment about an acquaintance who’d once worked as a bikini barista. I might as well have said she’d once worked as a frog. Janet Jackson’s "wardrobe malfunction" was why the few subsequent Super Bowl halftime shows were safe, old, boobless acts like Paul McCartney and Bruce Springsteen.
