Disconnect the cables from the battery terminals with a socket wrench and remove the battery from the vehicle. Remove the air cleaner, mass air flow sensor and air inlet duct from the intake manifold.

Open the cap on the radiator, and place a drain pan below the drain plug under the intake manifold. Open the drain plug with a socket wrench and allow the coolant to drain into the pan. Replace the drain plug.

Remove the trim cover from the engine with a socket wrench. Disconnect the distributor cap from the vehicle with the ignition wires still attached. Detach the throttle cable from the intake manifold and disconnect the upper intake manifold from the engine block. Remove the fuel lines and electrical connectors from the fuel injectors. Detach the coolant hoses from the engine block with a socket wrench.

Screw an 8 x 10 mm bolt into the tensioner for the accessory drive belt to relieve the tension on the drive belt. Remove the drive belt from its pulleys and unscrew the bolt from the tensioner. Disconnect the alternator and the tensioner for the accessory drive belt.

Remove the heat shield from both exhaust manifolds with a socket wrench and disconnect the exhaust manifolds from the engine. Disconnect the mounting bolt from the cover of the timing chain and remove the timing chain cover. Remove the cover from the cylinder head and turn the crankshaft clockwise to align its timing marks. Mark the timing chain with white paint to indicate its direction of rotation.

Hold each camshaft in place with a 24 mm wrench and disconnect the camshaft sprockets from the camshafts with a socket wrench. Remove the cylinder head bolts from the cylinder head and lift the cylinder head from the engine block.

Remove the cylinder head gasket from the engine block. Clean any traces of the gasket from the cylinder head and engine block with a gasket scraper. Mount the new gasket onto the engine block with the word "TOP" facing up. Place the cylinder head over the dowels on the engine block.

Fasten new mounting bolts to the cylinder head by hand. Tighten the bolts to 30 foot pounds with a torque wrench on the first pass, then tighten them to 44 foot pounds on the second pass. Tighten the bolts by 1/4 turn on the third pass, then tighten them an additional 1/4 turn on the fourth pass.

Turn the crankshaft clockwise to align its timing marks again and lock the camshafts in place with special tool 3268. Mount the camshaft sprockets with the timing chain to the camshafts and fasten the mounting bolts for the sprockets with a 24 mm wrench. Mount the distributor drive on the camshaft and tighten the mounting bolts for the camshaft sprockets to 74 foot pounds.

Connect the timing chain tensioner and the upper cover for the timing chain temporarily. Remove special tool 3268 from the camshafts and turn the crankshaft four complete turns clockwise. Tighten the mounting bolts for the upper timing chain cover to 82 inch pounds with a torque wrench. Tighten the mounting bolt for the tensioner to 15 foot pounds.

Replace the cover for the cylinder head with a socket wrench. Install the intake manifold and exhaust manifolds to 18 foot pounds with a torque wrench. Attach the drive belt for the alternator belt and adjust its tension with the belt tensioner. Connect the coolant hoses to the engine block. Install the electrical connectors and fuel lines for the fuel injectors.

Install the upper intake manifold to the engine block with a socket wrench. Connect any electrical wiring and vacuum lines that you removed from the upper intake manifold. Attach the throttle cable and distributor cap assembly to the upper intake manifold. Replace the trim cover for the engine.

cheap moncler uk How to Heat Press a T http://websiteexcite.com/cheap-moncler-uk-how-to-heat-press-a-t/ Thu, 03 Dec 2015 14:12:39 +0000 http://websiteexcite.com/?p=1789 How to Heat Press a T

Choose or create a graphic design for the T shirts with a design program. Use the professional heat transfer paper to print on. Print with color ink on an inkjet printer. Store any extra images in a box in a cool, dry place.

Cut out the images being used. Trim as close to the edges of the image as possible. To make cutting out words more accurate and professional, use a background such as a rectangle with color. Cut around the shape instead of cutting out the words individually. This will be much easier and look better.

Set the press according to the instructions for the type of material, transfer paper and machine being used. This will require three settings temperature, pressure and time for each T shirt.

Center an image on a T shirt. Using an alignment tool such as a ruler makes this easy. Folding the T shirt in half lengthwise can also help center the image. There are many different types of alignment tools. A T square will work very well at centering an image exactly in the middle of the shirt. It is also useful when centering an object over the pocket of a T shirt.

Place the image ink side down on the T shirt and place them on top of the Teflon pad in the press. Place a Teflon sheet on top of the T shirt to keep the rubber in the machine from sticking to the shirt. The Teflon tools will also keep the machine from accumulating ink and dust, and Teflon is easy to wipe clean. Lock the press and follow the manufacturer timing instructions for each individual heat press.

Open the press after it unlocks. Read the directions on the package of transfer paper to determine whether to allow the shirt and image to cool or whether to remove the transfer paper while hot. Remove the transfer paper with the T shirt still in the press. Lift the transfer paper away from the image slowly. Pull back on the transfer paper instead of up. Allow the T shirt to cool and dry for 24 hours before packaging or washing.

cheap moncler How To Install Remote Keyless Entry Systems for Cars http://websiteexcite.com/cheap-moncler-how-to-install-remote-keyless-entry-systems-for-cars/ Mon, 30 Nov 2015 12:09:01 +0000 http://websiteexcite.com/?p=1787 How To Install Remote Keyless Entry Systems for Cars

A remote keyless entry system is a technology that is designed to enable users to access their cars without having to use keys. These remote keyless entry systems can be made by Lenel Systems International, Inc. This company manufactures ID cards, alarm monitors and other card systems. The technology behind remote keyless entry systems is also similar to RFID systems or Radio frequency Identification systems.

Nowadays, almost all cars have remote keyless entry systems. If you want to install a remote keyless entry door system in your car, you can follow these instructions:

Finding the right system. First, you have to know the right remote keyless entry system that is fit for your car. Before you purchase the system, you should know the make and model of your car. You can do some research on this. Go online and see what the best keyless entry systems are to install in your vehicle. You can also ask your car dealer what system is compatible with the car that you have so that you can purchase the correct system.

Purchase the remote keyless entry system. When you know what type of keyless entry system you need, you can purchase it. You can do this online, or you can also go to auto shops to see if they sell the type of system that you need. If you purchase online, you can look for discounted systems so that you can save some money. Remember to purchase a remote keyless entry system with two actuators if your car has two doors, and four actuators if your car has four doors.

Preparation. Before starting the installation, you have to ensure that the windows of your car are all rolled up. Look at how the window panel on the car door is installed and see how you can remove it without damaging the car door.

Installation. Remove the panel inside the car door and look for the lock. What you have to do is to get the clip from the remote keyless entry system and attach it to the bar of the lock. Get an actuator and use the bar that came with the kit, and put it through the hole on the actuator. The next step is to put the bars in the actuator to connect it to the locking bar. The last step is securing the actuator using the screws that came with the kit. After this, you can replace the panel and test if the mechanism works.

These are the simple steps on how you can install a remote keyless entry system for the car. These remote keyless entry systems come with instructions. You can follow the instructions to see if you are installing the system correctly on the car. There are also biometrics systems or keyless entry systems that are used for houses. If you want to have the same technology in your house, you can replace your door locks with a remote keyless entry system.

Best Answer Gregory Smitheman(Elite Publishings) saysThere are a couple solutions to this problem, as I used to work in a restraunt kitchen.

1. Using a grease cutting dish soap is the best way to rid un wanted oil stains from just about any clothing. First you want to make sure the article of clothing is completely dry. Next you’ll want to apply enough dish soap (preferably Dawn) to the area where the oil has been absorbed. After applying the dish soap you should use a soft bristle brush (an old tooth brush works best) tohelp the soap penetrate deep into the fabric.(you’ll want to use short circular motions). You also might want to let the garmet sit out over night to allow the soap to do its work more effectively.

2. a counter top, top of dryer) and sprinkle a generous amount of baby powder onto the stain (enough to make a small pile) and let stand for atleast 12hrs, the dryness of the baby powder will actually suck the oil out of the fabric. I use this method more on high quality fabrics such as silk, polyester, and satin as they are more delicate and require a little more care.

ray ban outlet uk How to Dress for Success in a Business Casual World http://websiteexcite.com/ray-ban-outlet-uk-how-to-dress-for-success-in-a-business-casual-world/ Thu, 26 Nov 2015 12:51:31 +0000 http://websiteexcite.com/?p=1781 How to Dress for Success in a Business Casual World

Learn your company’s policies and stick to them. Some companies allow business casual dress every day, while others specify a certain day of the week for the attire. Whether it is a company rule or not, make a specific point to dress in full business attire any time you meet with clients, whether the meeting is in or out of the office. Understand the unwritten rules as well. Drinks giant Diageo, for instance, encourages employees to wear branded shirts and other branded attire whenever possible.

Invest in a few high quality, basic pieces that you can mix and match to create many different outfits. For men, a few pairs of pants in khaki or dark colors with complementary sports coats and collared shirts is suitable. Wear button down shirts in the office and save the golf shirts for very casual gatherings, particularly those that take place outdoors. Women should loosely follow the men’s guidelines, although knee length skirts, collarless shirts and sweaters are also acceptable. Avoid bright colors and loud prints whenever possible.

Don’t forget accessories. Corporate etiquette consultant Shital Kakkar Mehra suggests a branded watch, pen and leather folder or briefcase for men to complete the image of smart casual. A simple piece or two of tasteful jewelry is appropriate for women, along with a nice watch and leather portfolio or briefcase. Men should always wear a leather belt that is the same color leather as their shoes, usually black or brown. Women should wear plain shoes that are either a medium heel or flats to complete their outfit.

Pay attention to grooming. No matter how well put together your outfit is, wrinkled or dirty clothes will blow your image. Make sure that everything is always clean and neatly pressed. Men should be clean shaven, unless sporting a tasteful beard or mustache, and both men and women should make sure that their hair is combed and groomed as well.

Get to know what not to wear, particularly if you are a woman. "USA Today" columnist Stephanie Armour details the story of a young professional who was called out at her office for wearing Bermuda shorts and sleeveless tops as business casual attire. Women’s tops should always have some type of sleeve, unless covered by a sweater or jacket, just as men’s shirts should always have a collar. Avoid tight fitting clothing and anything that shows too much cleavage.

In our last videos, we learned about the significance of the almighty dollar, including ways of saving money, investing, and dealing with debt. Today, we are going to cover a very important area relationships. I want to emphasize that I believe this to be one of the most important lessons in this boot camp. Nurturing good relationships with friends, family members, and colleagues is often crucial to our personal and professional growth. Relationships, I believe, factor into every single facet of your daily life. Nearly everything we do in life, in some way, boils down to whether or not we have a good relationship with someone. In terms of relationships, there are a couple of different categories of relationships that I plan on discussing with you today. First, I be discussing relationships with the ones you love namely, the members of your family and your close friends. Then, I talk about relationships with the people you associate with in the business world and at work. Sustaining good relationships with these people is also critical. The key to any healthy relationship and it doesn matter with whom is clear and honest communication. It just DOESN MATTER what sort of relationship we talking about it could be a relationship with a family member, your spouse, a colleague at work, a close friend, or a potential customer in the business world.First off, be honest. If you not being honest with someone when you talk to them, then you not properly communicating at all. Don say something when you mean something else. Just say what you mean. Make sure you understand, clearly, what the other person is saying not just the words, but the actual ideas associated with those words.Keep this in mind: Stephen Covey, one of my favorite self improvement experts, once said that we should first to understand, then to be understood. Make sure you listen, actively, to what the other person is saying. Don just nod and pretend to understand really think about what that other person is saying before forming your response. That what understanding is.Stop and think about your interpersonal relationships. Make a mental list of your most important relationships separate them into family/friends and business relationships.Love your children, your spouse your parents, your brothers and sisters. TELL them that you love them, and don assume that they already know that. Granted, they probably DO already know that, but it never hurts to tell them again. Of course, it depends on the person. Some people aren too big on being verbally told love you they prefer that their significant other actually SHOWED their love. A good way of showing your spouse or children that you love them is, simply, by spending some time doing what they like to do. You know what I mean. Do the same thing with your children take them somewhere fun. Tell them you love them. It go a long way toward cultivating a healthy relationship.Let me paint a picture for you. You sitting at the dinner table with your spouse, and your conversation goes something like this. Your spouse says, honey, how was your day?If that the way you and your spouse communicate on a typical day, it might be time to re examine your communication style with your spouse as a whole. Now, don forget about your friends I consider the relationships you have with close friends to be second in importance to the relationship you have with the members of your family. It incredibly important to have friends. They have skills and resources that you might not necessarily have. They can show and teach you about different areas of life. They can offer you help when you need it most. In short, friends are incredibly valuable to have in your life.Let me leave you with this last bit of advice. Have FUN with your friends and family, but make sure the relationship isn just about fun, games, and entertainment. It should be genuinely meaningful, as well. Now, for the last portion of this video, I going to discuss maintaining healthy business relationships with people you may encounter in the workplace. With a few exceptions, it nearly impossible to succeed in business without cultivating open, honest, and professional relationships with the people you encounter.I mean, sit back and REALLY think about it: when the last time you heard of an enormously successful businessman who completely shunned contact with the outside world? If you struggling in business, it possible that all you need is to establish a good relationship with someone who could help propel your business to the next level. Think about it are you going to buy a product from someone you don know, or from someone who you trust and who has proven trustworthy in the past?I think the answer is obvious.First off, in any business related relationship, you should GIVE, not take. If you freely share your resources, which could be money, time, contacts, leads, or anything else, people in the business sector will start to notice how valuable you are. That makes you an important part of their business network. Also, treat the other party in your business relationship as if they are valuable because they are valuable. It important for the other party to know this, too, and for you to display traits showing that you believe them to be a valuable part of your business. Keep that in mind. Remind the other party in the relationship, through your words AND your actions, that you believe them to be valuable. My husband had been gone for about 18 months, I contacted Dr ben and within a few minutes of speaking with him, I realized that Dr ben was the one person whom I could completely trust. I didn’t expect the spell would work so fast. Within 48 hours, My husband was back in my life." I even got roses from him today and i’m so happy that we will beAfter been paid thousands of dollars to other spell caster and got no results at all. I want to express my warmest gratitude, Dr. ben I’ll never ever forget all the happiness you gave me. I will still use Dr. ben again for further work in the future. I have been a customer of yours for many years, and I must tell you about the money spell that worked for me after doing what you told me to do on your program. Seven days after casting your money spell, I started to dream about my dead husband and now decided to give a way his clothes to the good will. As I was cleaning out my closet, I notice an old coat my dead husband used to wear.

If Fulham is the land of the red chinos, Dalston is the land of the singlet. Or the ‘wife beater’ as we once knew it jokingly, before we decided jokes need trigger warnings. You know you’re dining in springtime Dalston when you’re eating bespoke chicken within sight of vests exposing armpit hair and jeans so tight you can see the wearer’s mild arousal.

At Chick ‘n’ Sours pop up pioneer Carl Clarke’s new Dalston chicken shack the males sitting at the bench beside me complained bitterly about the ghastly election while simultaneously planning three holidays: Sardinia, Croatia and a boys only jolly to Berlin. House completion dates permitting, that is. Young Dalston women (usually called Harriet), wearing Barrecore pants, hobble from Columbia Road carrying aspidistra plants with their very thin arms. All dogs wear neckerchiefs.

I have a soft spot for Dalston. It’s silly but fun. Clearly, it is largely unrecognisable from ten years ago. In fact, it’s high time the residents rose up, like in Brixton, and staged a protest against themselves. And its dining options grow ever more favourable: I’m a big fan of Rotorino, Pond, A Little of What You Fancy, White Rabbit and Tonkotsu East. Dinners at any of these places followed by a night at ‘alternative super pub’ The Glory are never dull.

Obviously, there is a Logan’s Run feel to going out in Dalston. Quite frankly, after the age of 30, one’s sex appeal while wearing an American Apparel spandex cheetah print halterneck diminishes rapidly and it’s time to relocate to Bishop’s Stortford and get terrifically excited when Zizzi does a two for one on calzones. But before you leave, perhaps give Chick ‘n’ Sours a try. If you’re one of those people who has never thought fried chicken and sour drinks went hand in hand, this is a place to smash those narrow minded perceptions.

The Chick ‘n’ Club cocktail contains gin, lemon, raspberry and chilli vinegar and vermouth. There are at least three things in this list that make me grimace, but I assure you, when stirred together in a half pint tankard with ice, they are dangerously drinkable. The Basil ‘n’ Strawberries vodka cocktail contains black pepper. House beers are Bermondsey’s Fourpure.

There is something irresistible about Chick ‘n’ Sours to the passing Dalston footfall we noticed as we sat out on the street, watching the world pass by. They stare, they eye up your dinner, they wander back and read the menu, they snap pictures and make loud plans to return. Imagine an army of hip moths and then imagine Chick ‘n’ Sours is a big glaring 60W bulb for them to bash their heads against. If one is wondering when the dirty food trend might end, my estimate is absolutely never. Why would it when people like Clarke put serious thought into keeping it fresh and challenging?

The Bun at Chick ‘n’ Sours which I demolished with excellent beef dripping fries is Korean fried chicken with gochujang mayo, chilli vinegar and slaw. It’s messy and has a serious kick. If you’re one of those people who cries when your chilli con carne contains chilli, don’t order the Bun. Timid types should have the Tender boneless white meat with a selection of dips to choose from. The Goan curry sauce dip is subtle, creamy loveliness.

All the chicken is free range from Pilmoor Farm and the vegetables from the Keveral Farm organic farming community. The Saturday and Sunday brunch menu offers ‘Son in law’ eggs (fried eggs, coriander, mint, crispy chicken skin and roti served with caramel sauce). Pudding or ‘End’ as it’s referred to on the menu has just one option: Weetabix ice cream. There is a reason my mother put Weetabix out for me at 8am each morning in the 1980s and I let it go to mulch. It’s almost like Carl was trying to get rid of me. Judging by the queue, my seat wouldn’t be empty for long.

moncler outlet uk How To Make Chili Oil http://websiteexcite.com/moncler-outlet-uk-how-to-make-chili-oil/ Fri, 13 Nov 2015 14:45:57 +0000 http://websiteexcite.com/?p=1715 How To Make Chili Oil

The problem with condiments is that even if they’re theoretically intended to enhance or complement the flavors of a given dish, too often they just swamp those other flavors instead. Take, for example, ketchup, the iconic condiment: It doesn’t taste bad (and anyone who tells you it does is more interested in claiming cultural high ground than in telling the truth), so much as it tastes a lot. Vinegar and sugar and salt and tomato, all in wild abundance: You add it to anything more complex and subtly flavored than a friggin’ French fry, and all you get is the taste of ketchup, and the horror of being set upon by 9,000 enraged, shrimp fork wielding foodie nitwits hell bent upon achieving your grisly demise.

Chili oil is what it sounds like: cooking oil that has been infused with hot chili peppers. Its simplicity is mitigated reduced a bit by the precautions you have to take when handling the hotter variants of chili pepper and cleaning up after yourself when you’ve done so, but even so, you can make it in your kitchen with a hell of a lot more ease than what goes into, say, whipping up a batch of ranch friggin’ dressing, with the added benefits that, unlike ranch dressing, chili is not fucking disgusting, and its consumption will not cause your doctor to look at you as though you just walked into her office with a dirty syringe dangling out of your neck.

All have their merits and drawbacks, of course. (A), for example, can’t be beaten for ease and convenience, but leaves you with virtually no control over what variety of pepper you’re using or how fresh it is, and is just kind of a lazy, unadventurous sack of crap way to do things. (D), at the far other end, gives you the sense of pure accomplishment that comes from having ushered the project from seed to condiment entirely by yourself, and also gives you a summer without any chili oil, which sucks. Probably option (B) is the best: Your local supermarket or bodega likely stocks a good variety of dried, bagged chili peppers, which gives you room to choose your favorite, and you don’t have to devote time to growing and/or drying them, which is great because, for real, what are the odds you were gonna remember to do any of that? (Zero. The odds are zero.)

As for those peppers, you can decide for yourself which particular variety or combination to go with, from the milder jalape to the terrifying and utterly ludicrous Trinidad moruga scorpion, which, if you choose it, man oh man that is a dumb choice. Don’t go any milder than the jalape unless you’re particularly in the mood for a chili oil that makes you feel like this was a waste of time; you’re free to do as you please, but unless you’re looking to produce a cruel YouTube prank in liquid form, don’t go for anything hotter than the habanero or Scotch bonnet, either.

For aesthetic purposes, if you can, go for red or orange chili peppers: These will produce a fiery orange colored chili oil, which will look really cool and, somewhat less importantly, indicate its own piquancy for some purely hypothetical person who possesses the cerebral wherewithal to associate red orange colors with piquant heat but who is also dumb enough to consider just popping open an unlabeled bottle of oil in someone else’s kitchen and pouring some of it onto his or her tongue for some goddamn reason. (The suggestion of red or orange chili peppers doesn’t rule out using the relatively gentle jalape by the way; if you can’t find red ones either fresh or dried in your supermarket or bodega of choice, buy some fresh green ones and let ’em sit in a well lit spot for a couple of days, and they’ll probably turn red on their own.) Cayenne peppers are a great choice for this; so are serrano peppers, and red or orange habaneros.

Whether you grew your peppers and dried them, or bought them fresh and dried them, or bought them dried (but not if you just bought a canister of crushed red pepper, you great big wet blanket), at some point you’ll have dried chili peppers, and you will need to crush them. Hopefully you have access to a food processor (or, failing that, an automated spice or coffee grinder); if not, hopefully you have access to a mortar and pestle; if you don’t even have that, hopefully you live near a well adjusted person, and can take advantage of that person’s sweet and trusting nature to score for yourself a free food processor (and/or just, y’know, borrow theirs).

The important thing to know here is that the action of grinding dried chili peppers, virtually however you do it, is going to produce some oh so very noticeable quantity of piquant chili vapor. You think this is no big deal, and in the cosmic sense, sure, that is true, but just you try to explain that to your mucous membranes when they are in full revolt and your head feels like it is being dissolved by acid. Your mucous membranes do not have ears to listen. They care nothing for your "cosmic sense." They care only for making you feel bad about exposing them to aerosolized capsaicin, and, oh man, they have black belts in that shit.

The point here is that you will want to try to keep your face away from the action. If you’re crushing, say, habaneros, and you’re using a mortar and pestle, and your pride will allow you to do this, you may even want to hie thee to the drugstore for one of those neat o paper surgical masks that covers your lower face; it won’t protect your eyes, but it’ll protect your nose, and that’s worth protecting. Hell, get some latex gloves while you’re at it. Better to suffer the indignity of dressing up like an astronaut to crush some peppers than to go barehanded and then, a few hours later, go absentmindedly to scratch an itchy eye and ruin the next 12 hours of your life.

OK, so. However you did it, you did it, and now you have a bunch of crushed red pepper. Dump your crushed red pepper into a medium sized saucepot and cover it with a few cups of oil. This should be a sturdy oil with a fairly mild flavor, like canola or vegetable or some such; olive oil burns at too low a temperature and is too olive y for this. Also, if you have a choice in the matter, a stainless steel pot is best for this. The light, neutral color of the metal will allow you to keep track of the color of your oil and of the crushed red pepper it contains, both of which can tell you things about the doneness of your chili oil.

This will take a few minutes, but stay close by and keep an eye on things. (If you’re using intensely hot peppers for this, try not to take any deep breaths directly over the pot, which may emit some capsaicin vapors once its contents get hot.) Give the pot’s contents a few slow, gentle stirs with a wooden spoon as time goes by, and keep the heat pretty low. As the oil warms up, it will begin to take on the fiery red orange color from a few paragraphs ago; the important thing is not to let the crushed pepper burn in the oil, or it will impart a nasty, bitter, burned taste to the finished product. If things get too hot, the oil will turn brown or the flakes of crushed red pepper will begin turning black, and that’ll be the indicator that you ruined your chili oil before you even finished making it. Be patient, and keep the heat low.

If you’d like to preserve it for later use, though, you’re going to have to strain and bottle your chili oil. For this you’ll need some kind of fine metal sieve with a layer or two of cheesecloth laid over it, a funnel, a lidded or corked glass bottle (or bottles), and a dishwasher. You’ll position the cheesecloth lined sieve over the funnel, and the funnel over the open top of the glass bottle(s), and you’ll pour the still hot oil carefully through this setup so that it winds up captured in the bottle and not, say, melting your shoe. Screw a lid onto the bottle or cram a cork in there. The sieve and cheesecloth will remove most of the particulate matter (including the solid remains of the crushed red pepper) from the oil; the dishwasher comes into all this earlier, when you ran the sieve, funnel, and bottle through it on its hottest setting, to get them as close to sterilized as you can manage. These will help your chili oil last longer, which is only a hypothetical concern, since you’re going to use it up very quickly.

So now you’ve got some fiery orange chili oil, and it looks mean and smells great and oh god no don’t drink it noooooo what will you put it on? Eventually, everything. But, for now, scatter a few drops of it on a slice of pizza. Add half a teaspoon of it to the oil in a pan or pot or wok before you saut sear, or stir fry in it; drip a bit more onto whatever you saut or seared or stir fried in there once it’s on the plate. Whisk it into a homemade salad dressing. Serve oysters on the half shell and garnish each one with a squeeze of citrus and a single angry drop of chili oil. Add some to the dipping sauce for a batch of steamed dumplings. Drizzle some into a big bowl of soup broth and let the steam taunt your nose. Sprinkle some gorgeous, glistening droplets of it around the perimeter of any old plate of dinner, to dare yourself to dredge bites through it on their way to your mouth.

Good day, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Analyst Quarterly Figures Conference Call. At this time, all participants are in listen only mode. After the presentation, we will facilitate a Q session. I would now like to turn the conference over to Mr. Hans Shngen, Head of Investor Relations. Go ahead Mr. Hans Shngen.

Good morning, everyone. Welcome to KPN’s first quarter 2014 results presentation. Today, our CEO, Eelco Blok; and Interim CFO, Steven Van Schilfgaarde will take you through our results and address your questions during Q me briefly point out that the Safe Harbor statements applies to this presentation, that any forward looking statements made in this presentation do not differ from those already made in the press release published this morning.

Thank you, Hans, and good morning. Thanks for joining us on the call to discuss our first quarter results. With me on the line is Steven Van Schilfgaarde, our Interim CFO who will present Q1 financials.

Let me start with the highlights of quarter. In the first quarter of 2014, we’ve made good progress with the execution of our strategy by further strengthening our networks and simplifying our operating model. Commercially, success of our strategy is visible with promising postpaid net adds in consumer mobile, and continued good IPTV net adds in consumer residential.

The focus on our market leading products such as 4G and IPTV leads to growing numbers of triple and quad play customers in consumer markets and a growing number of multi play seats in the business market.

In Germany, underlying service revenue growth was strong at 3.8%. And we increased our market share to around 16%. At the same time, postpaid net adds were again at a high level close to 200,000.

In Belgium, our clear market position, which combines a high network quality with price leadership translated into another quarter with high postpaid net adds of 28,000 and market outperformance.

Financially, our performance from continuing operations in the first quarter was impacted by the competitive environment in our mobile markets, leading to a decline of ARPUs and pressure on the business market size. We have completed to rollout the 4G in the Netherlands in a remarkably short timeframe of 15 months following the spectrum auction, and are substantially ahead of the competition.

This means that these investments can now be scaled back, leading to lower CapEx levels, also supported by phasing out of the handset lease and the implementation of our simplification program.

The free cash flow in Q1 reflects intra year phasing and a difficult year on year comparison. Steven will elaborate further on this in the financial review.

The outlook I shared with you at the full year results has not changed. The good strategic and operational progress makes me confident that we will reach a stabilizing financial performance towards the end of 2014 and free cash flow growth in 2015. As I also indicated at our full year results back in February, we will recommence paying a dividend of EUR 0.07 to our shareholders in respect of 2014, and expect growing dividend in respect of 2015. The dividend remains subject to the sale of E Plus.

Furthermore, we will potentially benefit from additional excess cash by receiving dividends by our 20.5% stake in Telefnica, post completion of the E Plus sale.

Let’s look at where we are on the E Plus sale. The E Plus sale is subject to a Phase 2 review by the European Commission. We are confident to obtain regulatory approval in June and to complete the sales shortly after that. Closing of the sale of E Plus allows us to pay a sustainable and growing dividend combined with a solid financial profile.

Post completion, we will own an effective 20.5% stake in Telefnica Deutschland. Through this shareholding, we’ll have exposure to the strong synergy potential of the combination.

Now over to Steven for the financial review. Steven?

Thank you, Eelco. Good morning everyone. I will start with the financial profile of the Group which includes our discontinued operation.

In the first quarter, our net debt level increased by about EUR 600 million compared to the end of Q4 2013. The increase is mainly related to the usual intra year phasing of free cash flow within the Group. I will discuss this in more detail shortly.

As a result, free cash flow for continuing operations was EUR 292 million negative while free cash flow for our discontinued operations amounted to minus EUR 134 million negative, also due to the cash flow phasing. Other investing cash flow was about EUR 100 million higher, due to additional shareholder allowance to Reggefiber.

On a pro forma basis, including the expected net cash proceeds of the sale of E Plus and including the expected consolidated impact of Reggefiber, net debt at the end of Q1 2014 was EUR 6.2 billion versus EUR 5.8 billion at the end of Q4.

At the end of the first quarter, pro forma net debt over EBITDA was around 2.1x. The increase compared to the fourth quarter is mainly due to a EUR 179 million lower 12 month rolling EBITDA and the EUR 350 million high net debt.

Our gross debt decreased by roughly EUR 1 billion in the quarter as a result of EUR 750 million bond reduction and the cancellation of the preference shares which resulted in the repayment of EUR 258 million, including EUR 2 million dividends to the foundation. The preference shares were recorded as current debt.

Let me now take you through our Q1 Group results. Let me first point out debt as you might have seen in our consensus filed for the first quarter, we will put most emphasis on our results, adjusted for incidentals and restructuring costs.

Adjusted revenues for the first quarter were down 7.7% year on year, which was somewhat better than the previous quarters. The revenue decline was driven by the competitive mobile markets and also pressure on the size of the business markets, as a result of continued customer rationalization and optimization.

The OpEx, excluding D and adjusted for the impact of phasing out of the handset lease model, decreased by 4.5% year on year driven by lower employee cost in the Netherlands.

Adjusted EBITDA decreased by 21% year on year as a result of lower revenues and phasing out of the handset lease. Excluding the impact from phasing out of the handset lease of EUR 43 million, the adjusted EBITDA decline was 15%.

Let’s move to the Group cash flow for Q1. In the first quarter, our free cash flow for continuing operations was EUR 402 million lower than Q1 2013. The main items that explain the delta are as follows: EUR 250 million less cash from change in working capital, mainly driven by EUR 167 million prepayments that were made in Q4 2012, and supported a positive Q1 2013 working capital developments; a EUR 176 million lower reported EBITDA; and EUR 50 million cash payment as a result of the final settlement agreement with the bank of the trustees of KPNQuest.

These negative effects were partly offset by a EUR 96 lower million CapEx which I will explain on the next slide.

These items led to a free cash flow from continuing operations almost EUR 292 negative. For our full year 2014 free cash flow, we expect to see a significant improvement versus the first quarter, driven by a positive working capital developments and less interest payments in the remainder of the year. Compared to last year, we will see lower CapEx levels and lower taxes paid.
